We’re looking for 6 people to join the next cohort for our Small Group Personal Training program!
What does the program involve?
Condition aims to exercise more than just your body with a 360 approach to target fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, sleep, lifestyle and stress. This makes for lasting change inside and out.
Our Small Group Training Program, or SGPT, is an opportunity to achieve your goals whilst learning everything you’ll need to know from our coaches. Alongside SGPT sessions you’ll also gain membership to Condition gym, allowing you to train independently to progress through the course or join one of the daily classes to maximise your fitness routine. You’ll also have private check ins with your coach each week to review progress, any nutrition advice and lifestyle goals.
WHAT ARE SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS?
You’ll receive up to 12 SGPT sessions per month as part of the program. The sessions are a blend of a class and personal training in groups of up to 8 SGPT members.
The sessions have the individual specificity of 1-2-1 PT combined with the community atmosphere of a class.
WHO IS SGPT RECOMMENDED FOR?
SGPT is for everyone, from people looking to start their fitness journey but don’t know where to start, to anyone looking to elevate their existing workout routine by introducing personal training to your program. If you’re not seeing results from training independently or you’d like to build confidence in strength, functional or conditioning training styles, then SGPT is a great way to learn more effective ways to meet your goals to make every session count.
1-to-1 personal training can be costly because of the dedicated time spent with expert coaches, but SGPT offers a cheaper alternative into personal training by sharing the sessions with others.
HOW DO I FIND OUT MORE OR SIGN UP?
You can sign up to SGPT and join the next group of members for £195 per month (minimum 3 month program).
