Option A: Online Fundamentals of Health & Fitness Course (£350 One-Time Fee)

Option B: Small Group Personal Training Membership (£195 per month for a minimum of 3 months)

Our Small Group Training Program, or SGPT, is an opportunity to achieve your goals whilst learning everything you’ll need to know from our coaches. Alongside SGPT sessions you’ll also gain membership to Condition gym, allowing you to train independently to progress through the course or join one of the daily classes to maximise your fitness routine. You’ll also have private check ins with your coach each week to review progress, any nutrition advice and lifestyle goals.

1-to-1 personal training can be costly because of the dedicated time spent with expert coaches, but SGPT offers a cheaper alternative into personal training by sharing the sessions with others.
