Option A: Online Fundamentals of Health & Fitness Course (£350 One-Time Fee)
Our online Fundamentals of Health & Fitness Course is your passport to a comprehensive understanding of wellness. Crafted for those who prefer the flexibility of learning at their own pace, this course is packed with invaluable insights and expert guidance. Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
Option B: Small Group Personal Training Membership (£195 per month for a minimum of 3 months)
For those who thrive on a sense of community and the motivation of an in-gym experience, our Small Group Personal Training membership is the answer. Here’s what makes it exceptional:
Our Small Group Training Program, or SGPT, is an opportunity to achieve your goals whilst learning everything you’ll need to know from our coaches. Alongside SGPT sessions you’ll also gain membership to Condition gym, allowing you to train independently to progress through the course or join one of the daily classes to maximise your fitness routine. You’ll also have private check ins with your coach each week to review progress, any nutrition advice and lifestyle goals.
WHO IS SGPT RECOMMENDED FOR?
SGPT is for everyone, from people looking to start their fitness journey but don’t know where to start, to anyone looking to elevate their existing workout routine by introducing personal training to your program. If you’re not seeing results from training independently or you’d like to build confidence in strength, functional or conditioning training styles, then SGPT is a great way to learn more effective ways to meet your goals to make every session count.
1-to-1 personal training can be costly because of the dedicated time spent with expert coaches, but SGPT offers a cheaper alternative into personal training by sharing the sessions with others.
