Terms & Conditions (Pay Nothing till January offer)

CONDITION GYM LEEDS DOCK PROMOTIONAL OFFER (“the Offer”)

  1. The Offer shall run from and including Monday, 1 December 2025 to and including Sunday, 21 December 2025 and applies to all eligible sign-ups to Condition Gym, Leeds Dock (the “Gym”) during this timeframe.  Any sign-ups outside this timeframe shall not be eligible for the Offer.
  2. Beneficiaries of the Offer will be entitled to a “peak membership” (as described on the Gym website) of the Gym free of charge from and including the date of sign-off to and including Sunday, 4 January 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). A peak membership includes the various benefits of membership outlined on the Gym website, including access to various classes at the Gym (excluding pilates, which is available at an additional cost). 
  3. The Offer is open to all members of the public, save for:
    1. anyone who is an existing member of the Gym or who has terminated their membership of the Gym within the last 30 days; and
    1. any former member of the Gym who has outstanding arrears on their membership account for the Gym.
  4. Upon expiry of the Promotional Period, your membership will continue at the normal peak membership rates (as outlined on the Gym website) until the date of termination. You may terminate your membership at any time on 30 days’ notice. 
  5. You will need to provide a Direct Debit mandate at the point of sign-up in order to benefit from the Offer. The Direct Debit details you provide will be used to take your first payment towards your membership on Monday, 5 January 2026 and payment will continue thereafter on a monthly basis.
  6. The Offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers Condition Gym and/or Department may run from time to time. 
  7. We reserve the right to withdraw the Offer at any time and the Offer is subject to change.
